North Carolina standout guard Deuce Bello is back from his official visit to the University of Louisville and said everything “went really well.”
“I wouldn’t say there were any surprises,” Bello told The Courier-Journal. “I just had a really good time and have a better understanding of the coaches and what the program is about.
“I got to spend some time with the coaches and take in the environment.”
One of the top-40 prospects in the country, Bello said he wasn’t ready to make a commitment but also said he “isn’t sure yet” if he’ll take any other visits. He could potentially visit Baylor said he wasn’t sure what the next step in the process would be.
“I still have to talk to my mother and my (inner) circle,” Bello said. “(The process) is kind of frustrating at times but I don’t want to rush into anything.
“I just have to take my time. I’ll know when the time is right.”
